Message:   A new friend from Baton Rouge sent me a copy of Wayne Toups' "Reflections of the Past". Have y'all heard it? It kicks butt! I wasn't as crazy about some of his rock 'n' soul stuff I'd heard before, but I loved this - I've been listening to it all week. I can't get enough of that first instrumental song and the way it opens up.

I also have Krisi Guillory's first CD with Revielle, called "Les Ancestres". She is amazing - and at just 17. What a fantastic accordionist.

Finally, I also just got Jimmy Breaux's 2nd CD. I can't remember the name of it, it's out in the truck, but he is also incredible.

I'd recommend these CD's to anybody, they are all exceptional.
