flying insects

I have been noticed many small mothlike insects in my kitchen .I have spray treating chemicals purchased online however , today after I noticed more ofthe same moths flying in my bedroom and what seems to be cocoon like objects where walls meet ceiling. I need advise. How can I treat such.

Ahmeed,

Sounds like a Stored Product Insect, probably the Indian Meal Moth (this is the most common grain moth)
Stored Product Insects come in food products such as grain, pasta, flour, etc.

Remove all food from your pantry and treat the area with a product labeled for this pest. Carefully inspect all food before putting back in pantry and dispose of any boxes / product that is infested.
