bugs in my bedroom

I have recently discovered a few weird little black bugs.
They are a little smaller than the size of an ant, are round/dome shaped with no clear visible legs and they move rather slow.

I usually spot one or two of them in the evening either on the headrest of my bed or on the bed covers.
My brother says he has seen them on his bedroom window sill before as well - dead and alive ones.
Found one today which looked like it's shed it's shell because it weren't moving at all and seemed lifeless with no visible legs or head!!

Don't think they are bedbugs because they don't bite as far as i know now, otherwise i would expect to wake up with irritating skin or something.
We have no clue where these little things have suddenly come from, how many there are, what they are attracted to or what they are! but its really bugging me!

Anyone have any idea please let me know.

Re: bugs in my bedroom

have you seen these bugs anywhere else? sounds to me like a stored product pest such as flour beetles or rice-weevils>sp do you see them flying by the tv or other light at night? check out flour/grain/dry products in pantry...
