Clancy and Billie and Chelsea are not gone. :) I felt that after all that happened that in order to make their next story have more impact and feel as a story unto their own and not just an extension of Bope's that they would need some time away from Salem.
This I will all get more into in the outline I have started on what would happen to everyone after this story ends, but I will tell you now that I have always planned for these characters to be new blood on the show. Why else would I build them up so much?! 
I love Clancy and actually like this Chelsea a lot. I also feel that Billie's story is just begining. So this most definately is not the end (or wouldn't be) of them. If I were doing this on the show for real I would have them gone for 6 months to a year maybe... something like that. Basically enough time to get Bope's next story underway and put some distance between all the characters. Then they would come back and have a story of their own. What about you may ask? Well gee... Chelsea shot her mom and Billie's mental state is unknown... hehe... sounds like a good story starting point to me.  |
