Condos for Beach to Bay
I have reserved 3 condos at the Gulfstream for Beach to Bay weekend, arriving Friday 5/16 and departing Sunday 5/18. We can put a maximum of 6 people in each condo. The cost of each unit for the two nights is $517.50; divided 6 ways, that's not bad for two nights of seaside splendor. I have paid a deposit of $225.00 on each condo from the SMRC account, leaving a balance on each unit to be paid at check-in of $292.50. I am willing to be financially responsible for the unit in which I am staying; but unlike past years, I would like for someone else in the other two units to be financially responsible for them. This means paying the $292.50 balance at check-in, collecting the shares due from each person staying in your unit, and reimbursing the Club for the $225.00 deposit. So, if you are on a team for B2B and you plan on staying in one of the condos, keep this in mind and let me know if you are willing to take on that responsibility for your unit. Run safe, David
