SpongeBob Under the Sea Balloon Octopus
Here is a fun activity for children that love sea creatures, drawing, and balloons. What You’ll Need: * Small balloons * Markers * Cardstock or posterboard (whichever you have on hand) * Scotch or masking tape * Glitter and/or glue pens Instructions: Draw an octopus body plus tentacles on the cardstock or posterboard. Cut the octopus out using scissors. Punch or cut a hole in the center of the octopus (this will be for his main body portion. Decorate the octopus with markers and glitter. Inflate a balloon and insert it into the center hole (that you cut earlier). Use tape to secure the balloon to the back. If your child wants – he can make a face on the balloon with markers, too. Here’s an octopus Spongebob would be pleased to call his pal! |
