Request for booking on the 19th April
Hi, This is Dan contacting you with regard to getting a show for BlackOut on Sat 19th April. We are playing a show on the 18th at the Vic in Leicestershire we want to string together a second show for the Saturday in Notts ideally. To give you a rundown of what were about, we like brutal, thats the only way to put it, theres gotta be shitloads of groove, shitloads of heavy and shitloads of balls! The strongest aspect to the band is its love of metal and this is reflected in the live show which is reminiscent of 10 elephants stamping on your head while drinking kegs of ale in an especially precise manner! We've just come out of the White House in Reading after producing a new 2 track EP (not the tracks on myspace) which will serve as a promo disc for an album that will be released next year and are looking to get our foundations across the UK firmly rooted. We currently have two PR deals pending so promotion at our end is not an issue. In reference to your note about getting other bands down with us, we can easily get hold of a full line-up (although a local headliner is probably advised) and straight on my mind I have Divine Chaos (myspace.com/divinechaosband) and Belligerence or Symbiote from Brighton (relatively small, but both two of the best 'small' bands I have seen live. Our myspace is a little dated as we won't put a new track up for the public until some other issues are finalized, but drop us an email and I will send you links to both us live (@ the face bar, Reading) and one of the studio tracks.
