Big Thanks to Coach Goodale for hosting a terrific clinic tonight at the EDGE SPORTS ACADEMY in Tinton Falls... its a true training facility, southern twin of Premier in Saddlebrook...
there were just about 50 wrestlers all ages from all over NJ... Coach DeMarco who will be coaching the new Monmouth University Club was also on hand as was Region 6 Coach of the Year Long Branch Coach Dan George and alumni of the DI Ohio State U.wrestling program,
Coach George will be running "Club Basic" out of this facility Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays , they will also have submission/grappling training offered.. this Club will be geared toward the Novice /Future Champ wrestler of all ages to build and drill the basic techniques to this great sport as well as cross train with weight, cardio, speed, agility, and endurance methods to become a complete athlete ready to compete on the highest level.. ...just a real nice night for NJ and RU Wrestling. |
