This new training facility is not a Wrestling Club but an ATHLETIC TRAINING FACILITY...we want the Frosh, JV, and average varsity wrestler to help them become a well trained athlete and better wrestler so they can help strengthen your program, all at their individual pace, then we want them to join one of the 4 great clubs listed (Shorething, Elite, Rhino, and CJA)...its not a GYM........its state of the art to get stronger, faster, more endurance, better reaction, conditioned and weight trained as an overall athlete while also getting trained and drilled in becoming a better wrestler.....IF YOUR GUYS ARE NOT IN A FALL OR SPRING SPORT..THIS IS WHERE THEY SHOULD BE....KICKOFF THIS Saturday...
