Is there any gay owned/operated bed and breakfast style accomodation near Ipanema or Copacabana?

Hi,
It seems like the hostel concept is sort of new in Brazil. It's probably because you can get reasonable prices on the smaller hotels not on the seafront.
There are two hostels I can think of, one in Ipanema, on Vinicius de Moraes street and another one in Copacabana, on Anita Garibaldi street.
