CJ Club Meeting Minutes: September 26, 2007

I. Budget/Account Balance (We were paid $2200 for EAA Security/new balance is approx. $6111. Club voted 6 yes/0 no to paying Will & Colleen 75% of what they made)
II. Crime Prevention Expo is on October 13 at ShopKo Hall in Green Bay from 9:00AM-4:00PM. Still looking for volunteers
III. Website & Domain Name
IV. Salvation Army volunteer opportunity (November 12-14th Mon-Wed. Mon 6AM-4PM, Tues/Weds 8AM-4PM. Need help at Appleton Location off of Hwy 441 near Lowes and Festival Foods.)
V. Banquet will be December 15, 2007. Location still being discussed
VI. CPR/First Aid still available
VII. Fundraising ideas/Golden House/Salvation Army Adopt-A-Family
VIII. Adopt A Highway
IX. Newsletter (Anybody wishing to submit an article, please see Melissa M.)
X. Thumper Run (Dates not announced yet, beginning to start planning, ATVs will be needed, Thumper Run is going to help us sell raffle tickets)
XI. Officer of the Month program has been completely revamped. Details will follow
XII. Membership recruitment/officers will be entering all CJ classes to talk about the club.
XIII. Next meeting: October 17 in Theory 6 at 5:00PM. There is the possibility of holding 2 meetings per month to accomodate a larger number of CJ students. More details will follow.
