Re: rednose gator pit/ear cropping ?

I'm sorry but if you purchased a puppy and it has no papers, there is no telling what bloodline it is...Some people will say whatever bloodline they've heard...As far as, what is a gator pit?, its a bloodline...a game line...that's why it is very important to do your homework before just purchasing a puppy...

What i mean by gameline is the dogs ancestors were bred to work...so if this is in fact a gatorline pit...it instincts are to work and in many cases that may mean fight...

My suggestion is that you read as much as possible on that line...(i don't know too much because we don't carry that line) and socialize your puppy with other dogs as much as possible at a early age...proper socialization is important for all pitbulls

As far as your question about earcropping it all depends on what you like personally...do you like the cropped look? if so get it...I've been told my dogs look like devil dogs, but all my dogs are properly socialized and i feel the cropped ears give my dogs a sharper look...i think it was a mistake for us not to have milli's ears cropped..she would look much sharper

hope i've answered your questions and if you have anymore feel free to ask..and for future reference before buying another puppy research it's history and try and get it from a professional breeder of whatever dog you choose...thanks
