The guy in the 1st video on accordion is Lance and the "Guy from France", his name is Samuel.

The kid from France is Samuel Giarrusso from the french cajun band "4 Jeun's" (#link1).
"4 jeun's" ou "4 kids" is a french play of words (cajuns) ah, ah..!!
His father Vincent is a great fiddler.
The young Samuel is now a very good accordionist. I'm jealous.
