Probably more. Jesse Lege recorded a La Valse De St. Landry that is a different tune.

I found some of those versions already. You're right Bryan about the name. i was surprised not to find this waltz played in youtube under the name of Opelousas or St.Landry. Suddenly you change the name and....voilá. Magic!
All versions fairly similar. That will help the work on that second part
