I had the same experience last year after ordering a DVD. No responses. I'd paid by paypal and got a refund, but disappointed all the same.

All is well. Wilson replied to my wife's enquiries and apologized profusely for the delays. I guess he had some problems with his email or some such. DVD is on its way. Life is good. People are wonderful.
Don't know if "people" are wonderful, but Wilson and his siblings are pretty straight-up folks.
