I was wondering what the general preference was towards reeds. I hear of Binci and Salpa, and it seems that Binci is the more popular. If so, why?

Yo Bryan! Jr. Martin was telling me that one of those two brands is no longer. I wish I could remember which one. Duhhhh. I forgets.

Regardless, I think you are splitting hairs -- they are both excellent number 1 reeds. You'll have folks tell you one is better than the other, much like any debate where you pair 2 top of the line products together.

Binci's are still in production, so are the Salpa's but under the name of Voici's.
