Re: cajun fiddle method

hi there....

when i started, i found the michael doucet series on cassette (it's now available on cd) to be incredibly helpful. it's on homespun productions.
michael really broke it down into very understandable chunks......his playing is sometimes a bit too "fancy" for my taste, but this teaching series was great. i have included the website.
good luck.

I have the Al Berard DVD and it is pretty good. Joe Carr has one out too but I don't remember the company that put it out. I'll try to check when I get home.

Re: Re: cajun fiddle method

Roger,
do you know the difference between the 'old' version: learn to play REAL cajun fiddle and the new dvd: learn to play cajun fiddle?
