Hello 'kordine players (and everyone else too!)

Last year, I missed everything! I hope to avoid a
repeat performance in '08 by making my commitments
now!

So, who-all is thinking about attending the now
internationally famous Balfa Heritage & Augusta
Heritage events in '08?

Possible Balfa, but low likelihood since I'll be in Cuba the last week of March.

The only way you can enter the US after going to Cuba is if you smuggle cigars.

Depending on gigs, I hope to make it to Balfa camp. No for Augusta.

I'm planning on Augusta. See link #3 for the accordion instructors, including Ray Abshire,John Vidrine, Ed Poullard, and Paul Daigle. Other players jamming or playing dances there: Jason Frey, Wilson Savoy, and Tracy Schwarz are all on the roster. Dates are July 6-11, 2008. One of the very cool things about Augusta is spending an entire week with these stellar musicians.

Oh, I know about the dates... but two trips back to back gets costly for a self-employed: less income + more expenses...., plus I'd have to smuggle cigars on top of that?
