Balfa Camp Jam Pictures

I thought that you guys would like see a few pictures taken at the Jam Tent at Balfa Camp Saturday.

The young boy in the middle of this picture surprised everyone with his extremely good playing. He played Bois Sec's "Quo Faire."

The guitar player to Dirk's left is Steve Dougay from Chris Miller and Bayou Roots. The accordion player in the third picture is Big Nick!

Re: Re: Balfa Camp Jam Pictures

I met Big Nick & his better half earlier in the day at Savoy's jam. Real nice folks.

I didn't make it to Balfa Camp because of other obligation in the area, but I have to say, Saturday must have been the nicest weather in Balfa Camp history.

I hope the rest of the week works out as well for them.

Re: Re: Re: Balfa Camp Jam Pictures

I think I see a Big Nick in that latter photo. Wish I could have been there.

I miss hearin Dirk Powell play too!
