So does "The Old Gray Mare" and "Streets of Laredo". They're pretty good when "cajunized". Fast tempo, lots of bounce and squeeze, two key chords, play with the melody and a lot of stuff can happen.

How about transforming Little Duece Coupe or Barbara Ann by the Beach Boys
