I was reading the Post on Richmond and couldn't agree more. JR would bring leadership, heart and a work ethic that 90% of the current team couldn't bring. We need gritty, hard working players to increase our talented line up. We've got a lot of talent, but need some grit to be added to the lineup to push our talented guys..

Players in my mind who could bring this to the team after the Jan 10th deadline would be Ryan Black, Corey Mcrae or even a Shawn Whitham. Each possess different traits. Black has offensive talent and brings size, McRae would bring heart and extreme hard work and WHitham would bring toughness, talent and offensive defence?

Without being mean, has anyone thought of these players? These players would easily replace McGwire, Anderson, Sabourin, Haidy, etc..
