With the regsard to the penalty shot awarded to Cambridge: at the time of the PS Cambridge was playing short handed (#91 was in the box). Is the penalty shot goal scored as a shorthanded goal?

I concur. The goal should stand as a SH goal PS).

I beleive that if a PS is awarded while a team is on the PP, it counts as a PP goal. Also, the original player does not come out of the box, because the goal is treated as if it was scored during a delayed 2nd penalty. Applying that logic, I believe Nitro is correct.
