I'm having some trouble with JB Fuselier's singing style, singing his lyrics in Ann's Big White Book, and can't find a version that corresponds to the lyrics in the Big Yellow book.

Can anyone give me the lyrics to Chere Tout-Tout on Don Montoucet's CD - and/or the Shirley Bergeron version? And while I'm asking, hat in hand, I wouldn't mind a translation of either or both, so I don't feel like an idiot, singing lyrics when I don't know what they mean . . . or should I say, feeling more awkward than I already do, playing and singing music from a culture that I didn't grow up in and don't live in, but love nonetheless . . .

I'd like to just mention this very practical and easy to use typing help to put the accents on the letters in French texts when using an English keyboard.
You just type your text in the space and click on the accented letters when necessary; then copy and paste.

Wow, thanks, Christian, that's much better than fighting with those stupid windows character codes. Except that I don't really know where all the correct symbols go.

Bryan, "tu m'as quitté" is always "é" and "à la maison" is always "à".

But, seriously, the system has a solution for you. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "outil d'accentuation automatique". Put your text into the space, then click on "accentuer ce texte" and the system will do the job automatically.
