I would have some advises about:
How to prevent from hands' pathologies due to practicing an instrument?
How practicing music with hands' pathologies already here?

This questions are very important to me since I have some and that I realize we have to really take care of our hands because hands' pathologies can ruin your musical life!

I already have some, probably due to manual work, old serious hands injuries and intensive music practicing. So know I don't want to make it worst...

So, how prepare the hands before playing or working in order to protect your hands and finger from the pain and usury?

any hands and fingers exercises?
