That is WAY cool! I've always thought that in the right hands the 10 button accordion would be a great substitute for the harmonica in a lot of blues songs. How about "Trouble In Mind" next?
Chris does this often on his piano accordion. I do it every now and then on my ten button. Long ago, I use to play it with Kevin Wimmer. He did it in a Zydeco style without the minors on a ten button, but it was Richard LeBouef who I first heard do it on the ten button.
J.Helin:I really liked your version of Comin' Home. I followed the links to your performance at the Talvikoronikka:
excellent! I especially like Paper in my Shoe.
My wife and I play in a Cajun/Zydeco band in Seattle.
I was struck by the fact that many of our songs and
arrangements are the same! See link #1
Great man. I especially liked both your solos. Outstanding and very subtle rendition. And that on ten buttons!!
Chapeau Bas, mon ami!
Lovely little box too.
