Cajun Song Trivia Quiz Question :-)

Braves,

If I recall correctly (and that's some that happens
less frequently for me) ..

There is a Cajun Accordion tune that features the
call letters of a radio station .. and I believe
that it became the station's theme song.

(This is just like the TV program "Cash Cab") What
is the name of the song and who was the performing
artist?

KLFY Waltz by Aldus Roger?

Re: Cajun Song Trivia Quiz Question :-)

I agree with Bryan....I remember watching KLFY TV channel 10 as a youngster. It aired every Saturday afternoon and featured Aldus Roger and the Lafayette Playboys. They dressed in black pants, white shirts with the old fashioned bow-ties with the long hanging streamers.

I also remember watching Happy Fats program on Sunday mornings after mass.

Hah...I have gotten old enough to become a historian for this board. That must have been close to 50 years ago.
