We're looking to do a crawfish boil here in FL. How's the crop this year and what's the per pound price right now for live bugs?

Prices are high right now!! You can figure right now it's close to 100 dollars a sack!! Wait till lent (Easter Weekend) is over and the prices will go down!!

Most of the Crawfish right now is coming out of the ponds but the Water in the Basin is coming up so some good old deep water crawfish should be hitting the Scene soon. That's if the water holds in the Basin!!

Ponds will be slowly slacking due to rice season which usuall starts end of April to May!!

In Lafayette about $2.75 lb for live crawfish. Be around $110 for 40 lb sack, that is high but its that time of the year.
