I've done what many of you have suggested. I bought a handmade. I bought Dirk's DVDs. I've drank all your Kool Aid and I've not been able to play more than a sip from Dirk's keg. I've now come to believe that Dirk Powell, accordionist in the popular band Balfa Toujours, gave me all the tools I need to play this dynamic instrument, but failed in telling me how much booze i would need to to LEARN it. Jeezus H. Would someone on this beige tinted forum please tell me please how I can get some sort of rhythm going on this thing before I pull out my Case Limited Edition and drain my main on this disc. And this computer screen for that matter.
