Last time that I saw the lost bayou ramblers, they were
definitely playing a different genre than they had on
CD's like "Bayou Perdue".

I haven't heard Mammoth Waltz, which sounds like a departure, but I liked what Louie said about Joe Falcon and Austin Pitre and rock and roll in this story:

I had the same experience, Big Nick. And while the new music was great, because the Lost Bayou Ramblers are great, I much prefer their more traditional sound. But hey, artists have to be free to explore . . .
