Yeah, I was just toying with this mike/amp stand that I had bought.

The monitor is actually an Alto 10" main. If I stuck it on a stand in front of me, which is what I was talking about, so it's directly behind the mike, that would block view.

I'll move the monitor back and keep on the floor. I just wanted it where I could easily adjust it as I needed to, but, I'm new at this. Learning as I go.

I was able to get fairly loud without feedback with that setup, but I still need to hear my vocals higher over the other instruments.
