Gotta cross the rows a lot for this one.

When played on an F/Bb/Eb triple row, it is in the key of F, played in the 2nd position on the 2nd row. Think of that as the "home" position. But, there's a whole lot of going across the rows happening here.

I posted a video on YouTube showing how I think this song is done. See Link# 1.

This is a good, simple song that illustrates several important things about playing Zydeco on a triple row. It has the flat 3rd. It has the F may triad played on the pull, with the root note, F, grabbed from the inner row. Other things too, which I try to point out on the video.
