Learn the tune Cajun Hot Shoe. One of the single most strenuous tunes for Cajun accordion, thank I've ever played, anyway... The amount of back and forth you have to do really makes you appreciate songs that don't require constant push pull

hard as most of it is in that weird key, there is some stuff in it that is impossible in 'normal' 2nd position

Another excellent tune to learn is the "Domino Two Step" by Nathan Abshire. This tune will build speed and dexterity in your fingers. I purchased it from iTunes and learned it with the Amazing Slowdowner. It took a while but it was well worth the effort.
