3D printing

Just watched a documentary about 3D printing. What fantastic machines! I was wondering if they could be useful for accordion builders and found this example (I have no idea whether he could have done without it or not, but it's interesting): http://pocketfactory.org/?p=71

Re: 3D printing

Maybe 3D tabs for learning a song
But it's impressive what thos machines can do.
In Amsterdam they are going to build a house with a 3D-printer.

Re: 3D printing

Yes, I have heard about that crazy project. A car has already been built that way.
And soon maybe no more joints at all in an accordion... so sad!

Re: 3D printing

Better to remove the joints from the accordion than the accordion from the joints. :-)
