Re: Born In The Country; Lyrics request and general help

The song is generally played in the first position (C) to get the right feel, but I know some who play it in second positiom (G). In the video, I am playing a G accordion, so first position is in G.

Roger and Buffy, Cleoma's Ghost, asked me to play accordion on a couple of songs on their CD, and this was one of them. They had recorded it in G and sent the track to me. I wanted to play it with the right feel, so I borrowed the accordion.

Thanks Ganey, I have found your video very helpful. Thats a nice bright accordion you borrowed, a converted Hohner as you mention.
