If you are referring to the Balfa Brothers "fiddle version" of this song, It is not in a minor key, and I am pretty sure that the fiddle isn't tuned down, either. The fiddle version is in G major, and they chords are G, Bb and C, then back to G. If you are not comfortable with barre chords, the easiest way to do it is to capo at the 3rd fret and play E, G and A, then back to E.

Apologies. I realized too late that I had a mistake and couldn't edit it. The C should be a D7, (G, Bb, D7) and the A should be a B7 (E, G, B7).
