Funny you post this, I've been working on this song last couple days. Actually the one I was working on was Madame Etienne, Marc Savoy's recording, but pretty much same tune.

I learned this one from Yvette Landry, and i been working on the Boi Sec Ardoin ( Balfa Tojours) version. i must check out the Mark Savoy one.

Bryan, do you find the A section crooked? im just starting to wrap my head around it. ive created a backing track if interested. i think it needs to be 2 A section, 2 B sections 1 vocal, reapeat.

this is fun and has opened me up to the process a lot..

please post a version of your song when u get a chance
