Hi all

Well I purchased Big Nick's triple dvd set on learning the cajun box. I have not received it yet..

So in the interim I bought Dirk Powel's double dvd lessons.. They look to be pretty good tho be it being new how would I know, right. lol . kidding.

Wish me luck in my road of learning. I am waiting on my C box. I have an F box but don't think that will would with Nick's or Dirks lessons..

I am too old to play in a band or anything but will just play along with all these great Cajun players. I have listened to this music for years and never delved into it being I am in Southern Ontario never heard much of Cajun anything around here. If I were in Quebec well.,,, that would be close ,, but no cigar.. lol

BUT

I was a 'naughty' boy when younger and can't get over the border.. I have a sis' in Key Largo and can't even get down to see here.

Tried everything via US consulate etc etc. no go..

That's what happens when you steal gum outuv a bubble gum machine. lol
