That might be Cleveland Mire sitting in the back with the accordion. I think there's a picture of Cleveland Mire in Johnnie Allen's picture book.

I could be wrong, but that low ceiling and poles in the middle of the dance floor makes be think that it is Club 90 in Iowa.
