I've picked up some zydeco licks at Balfa Camp from various players there. But online the only thing Ive seen on a one row is a guy named Greg Benusa who has a site called zydecoaccordion.com, that has a pretty good basic lesson in the Boozoo style. If you can play "Who Stole my Chicken" you've got some zydeco licks!
one thing you need is key- and speed-changing software for your computer
boozoo used accordions in many keys, C, then B flat, then A on later records
you have to figure out what the key is and change it to where it works on C accordion
also you have to know another key thing - most commonly zydeco is played in 'cross-harp' style
meaning if a song is in G, it was more than likely played on a C box
F would be on a B flat
E would be an A
so on
this is not always the case, stuff in minor keys uses a different translation
usually E minor uses a C box, for instance [because it is the same notes as G major]
