My new song is now available on iTunes-search the title The Chickens Know It's Mardi Gras. This is a traditional style, easy to play and the lyrics are very clear to understand. For 99 cents you can't go wrong.
If I had waited for the $0.99 iTunes deal, I'd be money ahead, but I went for the CD Baby deal for $1.29. In defense of my mindless splurge, I got the song before Mardi Gras, in time to enjoy it in the proper time frame.
Jerry, in the future you need to kick your seasonal songs out the door sooner.
I wished I could have. It is a challenge to decide who will do the recording. at what tempo and getting every body together at the same time. It is expensive to do also. I have sent it to a few Cajun musicians-very well respected and they all like my song. Surprised them that a mediocre accordion player records his first song at 66 years old and does it in a tradition-old school-if you will style.
RFU, Jerry and I might not be the best of friends but he is most sincere in his love of the music and he and his wife play well together. Your comments always reflect what a jerk you are, year in and year out.
And Mr Quinn I appreciate that you have been following the exchange of that Pig Ett and myself through out the years and I will always have the same thoughts for that man as I am sure he has for me.
