Hello you all,

Can anyone provide me the lyrics of the Midland twp-step?
They're apparently hard to find...

thanks,

Jos

Re: Looking for lyrics of 'Midland two-step'

Hey Jos,
We met about 4 years ago at Balfa Camp. Good to hear from you, and hope all is well (or at least getting better) in Belgium.

Link #1 is attributed Amede Ardoin. However, Marc is the arbiter of all lyrical inquiries, so we must await his confirmation.

Regards,
Ned

Re: Looking for lyrics of 'Midland two-step'

Difficult, I don't understand all the lyrics in the 2nd part.

Hey, chère Bébé,
Toi t'es après m'quitter,
T'en aller si loin d'moi,
J'connais pas si j'va te r'voir.
Hey malheureuse,
T'as écouté les conseils,
Tes parents t'avaient d'mandé,
Quitter …. t'éloigner de moi.

Hey, vilaine manière,
Chère viens donc me r'joindre,
Moi j'm'ennuie autant de toi,
J'étais calmé (??) mais en pleurant.
Hey, chère mignonne,
T'es prête (??)à pleurer,
……………………………………..
Et tous les autres qu'avaient donné.

Marc
