This is what I can make out for C'est Tout Finis (I have the Touchet Brothers version, not Camey Doucet's). Sorry for my misspellings!

Belle, belle chanson!

translation

It was on a Saturday afternoon
I heard the song called "It's all over"
The man sang all his heart as though it were all broken
I pulled off to the side of the road and started to cry

The words of the song stayed on my heart
They made me think of my family that I have lost
I know some day to come we will all meet each other
It's that beautiful, beautiful song we will all sing

I have tears in my eyes and my heart is very heavy
I've made 56 years old and I know life is hard
I haven't learned much and I know my heart tells me
You have to learn that song called "It's all over."
