Accordeon Parts and Accessories

Here's another source

FRM

http://accordiondepot.com/

He is in Revere Mass and speaks French (I believe)I think at one time he was in Canada, possibly Quebec.

Re: Accordeon Parts and Accessories

Frank with FRM was in Quebec till a couple years ago, and he does speak French. Crusty, but very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. But I'm pretty sure he only deals with people in the business and larger orders. Charlie Marshall is also great to deal with and will sell to anyone. Good prices and service, quick shipping, but limited in materials as relates to what we play.

If anyone ever wants some Hohner reeds, I have a full set of C reeds I bought about 7-8 years ago new from Hohner, so probably made in China. Paid $250 for them, would sell for 150

Re: Accordeon Parts and Accessories

Saying Frank is "Crusty" is being kind.

I have been dealing with him for well over a decade.
He does have some interesting info and experiences in the business.. but he has to be in the right mood.

Charlie is the opposite. Very helpful and excellent service.

Thank you very much!

I appreciate all of the information, as well as you posting that for me.

Re: Hohner HA-114B for sale- $500 Houston, TX

Thanks everyone! I got it sold, and didn't have to meet anyone under a bridge in Louisiana, haha!

Sincere thanks to all who posted, and I'm grateful to have this forum as a learning/communication resource.

Re: Hohner HA-114B for sale- $500 Houston, TX

Thanks for the Hohner reed contacts Jeff and Bryan. It's locked in the archives now. I'll be sure to remember it. Yes, and congrats on your sale Mr Steer, but I'm tellin ya, the meeting under the bridge would have changed your life friend. LOL. Not in a gay way either. And you would have kept that Hohner too, because I would have shown you a good reason to keep it.

And..Bryan and Jeff. You've proven to be a couple of selfless fellers. Willing to help out if asked. I like dat me.
