Lyrics Nonc Edward please

Lyrics request for a song played at Augusta Cajun/Creole week with Paul Daigle, Gina Forsyth, Christine Balfa and Charlie Terr.
Superb Cajun Music :slightly_smiling_face:
It's also in Greezy's list at youtube which worth looking/listening at :relaxed:

I found some words in the four sentences but can't hear all the words in between.

Nonc Edward ..................... bon chanteur
Nonc Edward....................... courtiseur
donc? Edward .................... coeur ?
Mon .................................. jolie fille

Thanks in advance

Re: Lyrics Nonc Edward please

This is what I hear.

Nonc Eduard il etait un bon chanteur,
Nonc Eduard il etait un bon courtiser
A Samedi soir il va au bal,
pour courtiser les jolie filles.

Re: Lyrics Nonc Edward please

Thanks Bryan !
In the fourth sentence I didn't hear courtiser.
What I hear is "jouente jolie fille" but jouente is only fonetic :slightly_smiling_face:

Re: Lyrics Nonc Edward please

pour rejoidre ces jolie filles
