Getting a turn

Hi ya all
I have been playin now about 4 years now. I can usually
figure out a given "A" part in time. The problem is
learning a "B" part that sounds "Cajun". I sense that
there are some rifs that are simular in a lot of "B"
parts that inhance the Cajun sound, but I am struggleing
to find them.
Any advice?
Thanks,
HB
