Joanie points out to me that in order to post, there is a new feature below the text box asking you to enter some security code, which will be a short string of letters that differ for each post.

I've seen this before, when applying for FEMA. Their site has a similar feature. If it helps keep this board clean and free of the "riff-raff", then I'm all for it. Good for you Joanie.

Actually, I'd imagine its only useful for 'bots posting, which I've never seen on either site.

Riff raff is another issue. Or, maybe it is working. I had to try 4 times to send one message. Hmmm....

This new "Feature" is a pain. It keeps dropping posts with no warning. Anyway to turn it off? Its not serving any purpose.

I can try to check, but I never "turned it on" in the first place. It just suddenly appeared.

I kinda figured. It popped up on Tommy's site too at the same time.

I think that Bravenet is ironing out some glitches in programming changes....nothing that I did.
