The case looks the same as the ones that come with the cheap Chinese accordions.

there was a Chinese builder years ago using the bon ton name.. this might be an ariette in disguise .. which for me is Chinese too.. as most Hohner production today is Chinese.

There's a "Morelli" brand accordion on ebay that looks a little fancier than the plain "ariette". The seller claims it's dry tuned, and tempered thirds, but this looks like another Chinese box.
