You could say "du coeur", which would translate as "of the heart". Since "coeur" is masculine, you say "du". "De le" is a no-no as far as I know. I'm not sure that "de le" is Cajun or Acadian at all.
You could also say "de mon coeur" ("from my heart"), but it depends one what you're trying to say.
I stand corrected. Although, in my area, we do use "de le" that way, I think it is improper French. But then, we are so far behind in Evangeline Parish, that some of us are still waiting for Napoleon to liberate us from the Americans. :-)
