Mon Chere Bebe Creole

Ray Abshire's version of this, in G, are the chords only G and D?

I find this trickier to play in G than in C, on the accordion, so I'm switching over to fiddle which seems easier.

Re: Mon Chere Bebe Creole

Actually...Ray's version is in C.

C C C C F F F F C G C C (something like that)

Mark (hope the band is going well...I check you
guys out in a few weeks)

Re: Re: Mon Chere Bebe Creole

Well, that explains some things. Like the F chord.

Who does this in G? Venette sings it in G I think, so I'm trying to accommodate (sp?). She told me Ray's version was in G.

The band is a learning experience, which is what I intended.

Come by McGrath's and play while if you want to. It be a jam.

Actually,

Doesn't Courtney Granger sing that one on Ray Abshire's new album? I love his vocals on that track.
