The Twin City Playboys 'Texas Memories' album preview

howdy folks! just wanted to post a note about my recently completed album called 'Texas Memories'. It's a collection of original tunes as well as some Cajun & Texas tunes that influenced me while growing up in Galveston, Texas. I recorded it shortly after my move to Minneapolis and was able to hook up with some very talented accordion players in the Twin Cities.

It also features Al Berard of The Basin Brothers doing some cool mandolin and strat chops.

Release is set for September 13th. Preview is available here on Myspace.com

Hope that you enjoy the recording!

merci!

Re: The Twin City Playboys 'Texas Memories' album preview

Hey bud,
I've playing just about every day since returning from Balfa. I've been able to move from the plateau where I was to a new level, which has been very encouraging. I've also found two guys interested in getting together to play... we haven't been able to get together yet, but at least i have the people, which is a step in the right directin. Are you still in NYC?
Ciao for now.
Maz
